Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
2 c. cooked white rice (1/2 c. uncooked)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins (optional)
dash of nutmeg or cinnamon (optional)
Preparation

Cook pudding as directed on package.
When done, add vanilla, cooked rice and raisins.
Cool.
Put into serving dishes and sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
Makes 6 1/2 cups.
