Crisp Sweet Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. apple juice
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
8 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix all vegetables.
Whisk together the vinegar, apple juice, oil, Sweet 'N Low, celery seed, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables; toss to coat.
Refrigerate until served. Makes 8 servings.
