Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4-4 1/2 c. flour
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. tomato sauce
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 420\u00b0.
    In large mixing bowl, combine two cups flour, yeast, and salt.
    Stir in water, egg, and oil.
    Beat at low speed with mixer for 30 seconds, scraping sides of bowl.
    Beat 3 minutes at high speed.
    By hand, stir in enough flour to make a moderately stiff dough.
    Put onto floured surface and knead until smooth (about 5 minutes).
    Place in a greased bowl, turning once to coat dough.
    Cover, and let rise until size doubles (about one hour).
    Divide dough into two portions.
    Place each portion on greased pizza pan.
    Spread dough out to pan edges.
    Top with tomato sauce and cheese, and bake 25 minutes.
