Curry Chicken Salad With Artichokes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 box Rice-A-Roni (chicken flavor)
    3 green onions, chopped
    3/4 green pepper, chopped
    1 can drained and chopped artichoke hearts
    1/2 c. mayonnaise to taste
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. curry powder to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook chicken and cut up in bite size pieces.
    Make Rice-A-Roni according to package directions and cool.
    Combine chicken, rice, onions, pepper, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, curry powder, salt and pepper.
    Mix well; put in pan and refrigerate overnight to blend flavors and enhance taste.
    Cut in squares and serve on lettuce leaves.
