Cranberry Butter Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. real butter, whipped to pale yellow
1/2 c. raw cranberries, chopped fine
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
4 Tbsp. ground or chopped fine nuts
1/2 c. cranberry sauce
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 Tbsp. buttermilk
Preparation

Whip everything together until light pink.
Add buttermilk last.
This is great on hot rolls or bread.
