Southern Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    boiling chicken or beef broth
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
    Put softened margarine on top of dry ingredients.
    Pour boiling water on top.
    Mix well.\tRoll into a ball like pie dough.
    Put in refrigerator until needed.\tCut into diamond or squares.
    Drop into boiling broth.
    Cook half; cover 20 minutes.
    Let stand another 20 minutes.
    Before serving, use large pot and plenty of broth.
    Good warmed over.
