Butterscotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. light brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs (using whites for meringue)
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 baked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix all together and cook in double boiler until thick.
    Cool slightly before putting in pie shell.
    Mix 2 tablespoons sugar with beaten egg whites and spread on top and brown in a slow oven about 350\u00b0.
