Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 stick butter (or margarine)
1 c. quick oats (instant)
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour plain
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

*Can use self-rising flour but delete salt, soda, and powder.
