Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
2 cans kidney beans
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 can tomato soup
1 qt. tomato juice
chili powder to taste (1 tsp. to 1 Tbsp.)
Preparation

Brown celery and onion in oleo.
Add hamburger and fry until done, stirring often.
Drain.
Heat kidney beans, tomato juice and soup.
Add hamburger mixture and chili powder.
Cook altogether well, until celery is tender.
