Cherry Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) graham cracker crumb crust
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) condensed mix (do not use evaporated milk)
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Preparation

In a large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually whip in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
Pour into prepared crust.
Chill 3 hours.
Top with cherry pie filing.
Just before serving, refrigerate leftovers.
