Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 slices cheese, diced
    1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
    3 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. chopped tomato
Preparation
    Parboil zucchini 5 to 8 minutes.
    Drain and cut in half lengthways.
    Hollow out, leaving 1/4-inch shell.
    Chop centers. Melt butter, then combine cheese, chestnuts, bread crumbs, garlic, tomato and zucchini centers.
    Cook filling until cheese starts to melt.
    Fill hollow zucchini.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
