Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light.
    Add oil, white and brown sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    Mix.
    Sift together flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and add to above mixture.
    Stir in chopped nuts and mix.
    Pour into 2 (5 x 9-inch) greased and floured pans.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    This bread is very moist and freezes well.
