Green Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 green pepper
    1 large onion
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 c. celery
    1/4 c. water
    2 tomatoes
Preparation
    Cut steak in 1-inch cubes.
    Mix soy sauce, garlic and salad oil; let stand 1 hour.
    Fry in very hot pan for about 5 minutes; stir occasionally.
    Lower heat.
    Mix cornstarch with water; stir in pan.
    Add tomatoes; cover and cook 5 minutes.
    Great with rice and a salad.
