Brisket Of Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef brisket
    1 c. ketchup
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup
Preparation
    Wipe brisket with wet cloth.
    Place in a heavy pot with a tight-fitting lid.
    Pour onion soup on brisket.
    Mix other ingredients together and pour over brisket.
    Cook, covered, in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour for each pound of brisket.
