Icebox Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. flour
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. Cool Whip
    6 oz. box pistachio pudding
    3 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix butter with flour and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix cream cheese, sugar, and Cool Whip and spread on cooled crust. Beat pistachio pudding and water until firm.
    Spread on top of Cool Whip mixture.
    Chill until served.
