Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 German chocolate cake mix, mix as directed
    1 lb. box powdered sugar
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Grease 13 x 9-inch pan well.
    Spread coconut and pecans over bottom of pan.
    Mix cake mix as directed on box.
    Spread on top of previous mixture.
    Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese.
    Add oleo and spoon on top of cake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cake pulls away from cake pan, approximately 45 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes and turn onto serving tray.
    Cool and serve.
