Cheesy Butterhorns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oleo
    12 oz. cottage cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Blend oleo, cheese and salt. Blend in flour. Chill 4 hours or overnight.
    Divide dough into 3 parts.
    Roll out as for pie crust and cut into pie shape wedges. Roll up wide to narrow edge.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
    Frost.
    Can sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over dough before rolling up.
