Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or shortening
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 to 2 c. rhubarb, finely cut
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cream butter and brown sugar.
Add egg and salt, mixing thoroughly.
Stir in sour milk and vanilla.
Sift flour with soda. Add to creamed mixture.
Add rhubarb.
Pour batter into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
