Sausage Cornbread Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 large onion, chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
Brown sausage and onion; drain well.
Combine eggs, cornmeal, corn, milk and oil; mix well.
Pour half of mixture into prepared baking dish, then sprinkle with sausage and cheese.
Pour other half of cornmeal mixture over top.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
