April'S Chocolate Covered Strawberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. sweet chocolate
    2 1/2 Tbsp. heavy cream
    3 tsp. dark rum
    1/2 tsp. unsalted butter
    1 pt. strawberries, washed (stems left on)
    additional cream and rum for thinning chocolate
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in the top of a double boiler.
    With a wooden spoon, stir in cream, rum and butter.
    Remove from heat.
    Holding strawberry by the stem, dip into chocolate, covering the tip and one side of the berry.
    Place strawberries, chocolate side down, on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper and chill.
