Easy Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 c. milk
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Beat with electric mixer on high for 3 minutes or until well blended.
Pour into 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 40 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean. It will form its own crust.
