Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, separated
    1 (8 oz.) glass sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    4 maraschino cherries
    4 slices pineapple (no juice)
    1 (8 oz.) glass + 2 Tbsp. flour
    brown sugar
Preparation
    Cover 8
    x 8-inch baking dish with brown sugar 1/2 inch thick. Beat
    yolks
    together
    with sugar until smooth.
    Place pineapple over
    sugar (brown).
    Put 1 cherry in center of each pineapple.
