Yayeg (Armenian Cucumber Salad) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cucumbers
1/2 c. plain yogurt
a few fresh mint leaves*
dash of salt
Preparation

Peel, dice and salt cucumbers.
Set aside.
In a small bowl, beat yogurt with a little water.
Combine cucumbers and yogurt. Chop the mint leaves and sprinkle on top.
Serve chilled.
