Hot Cocoa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
    dash of salt
    1/3 c. hot water
    4 c. (1 qt.) milk
    3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
    sweetened whipped cream (optional)
Preparation
    In
    medium
    saucepan,
    combine\tsugar,\tcocoa and salt; blend in\twater.\tCook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture
    boils.
    Boil
    and\tstir
    2 minutes.
    Add milk. Stir
    and heat
    to serving temperature.
    Do not boil.
    Remove from heat; add vanilla.
    Beat with rotary beater or wire whisk until foamy.
