Ham And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cubed
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. cooked ham, cubed
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Place bread cubes in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan, then add layer of cubed ham, next add layer of grated cheese, reserve 1/2 cup of cheese.
    Mix eggs, mustard and 2 1/2 cups of milk.
    Pour this over first mixture in pan.
    Mix mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk; pour this over egg mixture.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese over top. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 90 minutes.
    Don't bake too fast.
    Serves 10 to 12.
