Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry shell
    2 medium sized onions
    butter
    5 whole eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Prebake pastry shell upside down in a 400\u00b0 oven.
    Place an empty pie tin on top of the pie crust to keep it smooth.
