Mother'S Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    2 egg yolks
    5 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. cocoa (heaping tablespoons)
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 pie crust, cooked
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and cocoa together.
    In separate bowl, beat milk and egg yolks together; strain.
    Mix all ingredients and cook in double boiler or heavy sauce pan until very thick.
    Pour into cooked pie crust.
    Dot with butter.
    Beat egg whites until fluffy. Add 4 Tbsp. sugar and beat until stiff peaks.
    Pour over pie and brown in preheated 350\u00b0 oven until lightly browned.
