Fettucine Abruzzese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    6 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 lb. fettucine
    6 oz. mixed Parmesan and Romano cheese
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in pan.
    Saute garlic until golden.
    Add mushrooms and saute until soft.
    Add red pepper, parsley and broth and heat for 5 minutes.
    Cook fettucine until \"al dente.\"
    Drain and add to pan.
    Toss to combine.
    Add cheese and toss again.
