Chili With Venison Burger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. ground venison (including added fat when meat was ground)
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    6 cloves garlic, chopped fine
    2 c. tomato sauce
    1/3 c. water
    3 tsp. chili powder (adjust to your taste)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    3 lb. can kidney beans
Preparation
    Fry meat, onion and garlic in oil until meat turns color.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer until thick, stirring occasionally.
    This is excellent over rice.
