Banana-Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. mashed bananas
    3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat butter and sugar with mixer until creamy. Add eggs. Beat well; blend in bananas. Blend flour, baking powder, baking soda and nutmeg together and gradually stir dry ingredients into banana mixture. Fold in nuts. Pour batter into 2 lightly greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until done. Toothpick should come out clean and loaf be golden brown. Wrap after cool for a moist bread.
