Make Ahead Breakfast Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. bread crumbs or Ritz cracker crumbs
    1 c. shredded cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 lb. green beans or frozen pkg.
    1 or 2 strips bacon
    2 tsp. salt
    1 onion
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut up and brown bacon; add onion and cook until clear.
    Add clean cut up green beans.
    Stir and steam 5 or 10 minutes.
    Add salt and pepper to taste and add boiling water.
    Cook until tender.
    New potatoes can be added.
