Microwave Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 Tbsp. water
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. green onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
Preparation

Place cubed potato in small microwave dish.
Sprinkle with water and cover.
Cook on High for 3 to 4 minutes; stirring once. Cool; mix remaining ingredients; stir well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
