Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 to 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown chicken and place in a roasting pan. In saucepan, combine all other ingredients and simmer until smooth, thick and glossy. Spoon over chicken. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
