Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
2 c. canned pumpkin
3/4 c. water
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well with a mixer.
Add raisins and chopped walnuts.
Pour into 4 (1 pound) greased coffee cans, half full.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Serve warm or roll into foil and refrigerate.
