Italian Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 carton sour cream
    2 c. self-rising meal
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 small can creamed corn
    3/4 c. oil (I use Mazola)
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix well and bake in an iron round bread pan.
    I use a frypan or iron section pan and bake at 450\u00b0 for 45 minutes (or until well browned).
