Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. quick oatmeal
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. biscuit mix
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. skim milk
    sweetener equal to 1 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients, then mix rest of ingredients and add to dry ingredients.
    Blend well.
    Pour into 1-quart round casserole, sprayed with a pan coating.
    Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Cool 10 minutes before turning out of pan.
