Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. mashed potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of pepper
    2 oz. flour
Preparation
    Add a little milk to the mashed potatoes, salt, pepper and flour to make a stiff dough.
    Roll out to 1/4-inch thick and cut into 8 pieces.
    Cook on hot griddle, browning on both sides.
    Good with bacon and eggs.
