Kidney Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can kidney beans, drained (light red or dark)
1/3 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
salt
1 Tbsp. chopped onion (more or less, depending on taste)
pepper
Preparation

Drain
kidney
beans.
Mix
all ingredients thoroughly. Refrigerate a few hours before serving to improve flavor.
