Dill Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast, in 1/4 c. water
    1 c. cottage cheese, warmed
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 tsp. dill weed and 1 tsp. dill seed or 3 tsp. either one
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
    Cover.
    Let double in size (1 to 1 1/2 hours) in warm kitchen.
    Stir down.
    Pour into greased pan.
    Let rise 40 to 75 minutes until doubled.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    While hot, brush with butter.
