Elbow Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    3 c. milk
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    8 oz. elbow macaroni
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large saucepan.
    Blend in flour.
    Gradually add milk, stirring constantly; add seasonings.
    Cook until sauce is thickened.
    Add 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
    Cook macaroni
    in boiling, salted water until tender.
    Drain.
    Add to cheese sauce; mix well.
    Turn mixture into 8-inch square baking dish or pan.
    Sprinkle top with 1 cup Cheddar cheese.
    Bake in moderate oven (375\u00b0) for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven.
    Place under broiler until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
