Cocktail Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 to 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 small white onion, diced fine
    1 tsp. parsley, chopped fine
    1 c. mayonnaise
    dash of Tabasco to taste
    dash of Worcestershire sauce to taste
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix together the first 5 ingredients in bowl.
    Mix mayonnaise and remaining ingredients.
    Add to first mixture.
    Refrigerate in jar until ready to use.
    Slice small French bread or poor boy rolls (2 1/2 to 3-inch size).
    Spread cocktail mix on bread slices and place on cookie sheet under broiler for a few minutes until cheese melts and begins to brown.
    Serve warm.
