Cranberry-Orange Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. Quaker oats (uncooked)
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. orange juice
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. chopped cranberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour bottom only of 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Combine first 6 ingredients, mixing well; set aside. Beat orange juice, eggs, oil and orange peel until mixed thoroughly.
Add to dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened. Stir in cranberries and nuts.
