Gnocchi - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
4 c. flour (or little more until pliable)
2 large eggs
2 Tbsp. grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chives
1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
-
Mix all together.
Roll out like snakes.
Cut into pieces. Place on tray; either cook or freeze.
Holds 4 months uncooked.
