Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
4 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and milk with beaten egg yolks.
Cook until thick and add coconut and vanilla.
Pour in baked pie shell. Cover with beaten egg whites.
Place in oven until lightly browned. Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
