Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1 small can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
    1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Let cool.
    Add pineapple. Chill until slightly thickened.
    Add cottage cheese and Cool Whip. Can be spooned from bowl or poured into 8 x 8-inch dish.
