Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green peppers
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 med. onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
Preparation
    Wash peppers and remove tops and seeds.
    Place peppers in casserole and set aside.
    Next take ground meat, in a saucepan, add onion, salt, pepper, garlic, and brown.
    Then add tomato sauce, and rice.
    Take mixture and put into peppers.
    Cook in 350\u00b0 oven until brown approximatley 20 minutes.
