Mixed Vegetables Baked - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 onion, diced
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook and drain vegetables.
    Brown onion.
    Add milk and cheese. Cut up and mix well.
    Put in a casserole.
    Cover with crushed crackers.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
