Greek Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Wonder rice
    6 c. milk
    2 whole eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Simmer rice in milk for about 45 minutes or until it thickens and rice is soft.
    Beat eggs well.
    Beat sugar into eggs. Gradually stir rice mixture into beaten eggs and sugar mixture. Mix well.
    Return to cooking pan.
    Add salt and cook over low heat about 2 more minutes.
    Pour into a 2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Serves 8 to 10.
