Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/8 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. milk
1 small can condensed milk
3/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites
5 tsp. sugar
sprinkle of cream of tartar
Preparation

Sift together 1 1/8 cups sugar, cocoa, flour and cornstarch. In a 2-quart boiler, mix milk, condensed milk, water and butter or margarine.
Separate eggs and slightly beat yolks.
Mix all ingredients and cook over low heat.
Add vanilla.
Stir constantly. Pour into baked 9 or 10-inch pie shell.
