Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. grated cheese
    1/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
    8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    In a 2-quart saucepan, melt margarine over low heat.
    Stir in flour, salt, mustard and pepper until smooth.
    Remove from heat. Gradually stir in milk.
    Cook over medium heat for about 8 minutes, or until thick.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in 1 1/2 cups of cheese.
    Put macaroni in a 2-quart dish.
    Pour cheese mixture over macaroni; mix well.
    Combine the rest of cheese and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over cheese mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 23 minutes, or until lightly browned.
